Peppermint Plate

This is  fun project to do with your children, friends, and family! My husband and I made a peppermint plate for Santa's cookies. Madi didn't take part in this because she was already in bed but I can't wait to show her in the morning :).

So it is super easy. Just get a big bag of peppermints, any color you want.

Arrange them on a cookie sheet on wax paper in any design you like. (We were going to make a Christmas tree but couldn't find green peppermints anywhere.)

Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 8-9 minutes!

When it is done let cool for atleast 10 minutes.

Here is ours :) We did a simple round plate this year.

    Any tips on keeping the plate from being sticky?

    I think just letting it dry longer but it's going to be somewhat sticky since it is candy. We just sat ours on the parchment paper :) hope this helps!
